Unlimited checklists · No API key · No credits · No per-file cost
You don’t need an idea, writing skills, design skills, or a plan. Follow the copy & paste system and the whole thing gets built inside one single chat — then paste it back into the dashboard and get a designed PDF, not another wall of chat text.

The part nobody talks about
You have probably already bought a prompt pack for this. You ran the prompts, you got a decent checklist in the chat window, and then you hit the wall everybody hits:
It still looked like a chat transcript.
So you copied it into Google Docs. You fought the formatting. You fixed the headings. You gave up and shipped something that looked like it was made in fifteen minutes, because it was.
That gap — between “the words exist” and “this is a product” — is where most people quietly stop. Not because the writing was bad, but because turning it into something that looks worth paying for was more work than writing it.
At step five you paste the finished checklist back into the dashboard. From that moment the dashboard owns the content — and it lays it out, brands it, and prints it. No Docs. No Canva. No fighting a template.
Why we built it around checklists
Nobody builds forty 60-page reports. People do build forty checklists — because each one takes an evening instead of a weekend, and because the format works for reasons that have nothing to do with length.
Here is the market data we looked at while designing this, and what we took from it.
A checklist is the smallest thing you can make that a stranger will pay for. It is also the fastest thing to make ten of, which is why we designed the whole system to be run again and again rather than perfected once.
An honest note, because you have seen the other kind of sales page. Those figures describe a market. They are not a forecast, a projection, or a promise about what you will earn — nothing on this page is. Most people who buy a tool never open it twice. What the numbers tell us is that the demand is real and that volume beats perfectionism. The rest is down to what you actually make and how you sell it.
The complete workflow
You open one HTML file in your browser and one AI chat in another tab. Everything happens between those two windows.
Choose what you are starting from: a topic, a problem your audience has, a product URL you want a bonus for, or just a market category. Then set the audience, the voice, the length, the output language — and whether the content should rest on practitioner experience or on established evidence.
Every one of those fields is written into every prompt below, live. Change a field and watch the prompt rewrite itself.
Copy the prompt. Paste it into your chat. You get eight checklist ideas ranked by urgency, each with the moment it gets used, what goes wrong without it, and who would pay for it.
Pick one and paste it into the box at the bottom of the step. The dashboard remembers your choice and quotes it into the next prompt. You never explain yourself twice.
The next prompt already names your chosen idea. You get three title options, a subtitle, the sections in the order a real person would work through them, and — the useful part — the three items people forget most often.
Record your chosen title. Every later step locks onto it, so the sales copy can never drift onto a different product.
The chat writes section one, then stops. You type next. It writes section two. And so on. That is deliberate: ask for forty items in one reply and the reply gets cut off in the middle, and you cannot tell what was dropped.
Built into this prompt are the grounding rules that do the real work on quality — state the mechanism rather than just the instruction, flag what is genuinely contested, and never fabricate a study, a statistic or a source.
If your chat can search the web, this step checks every claim where being wrong would matter and reports back: confirmed, needs softening, contradicted, or nothing found — with a working link or an honest admission that there isn’t one.
Sources stay in the chat by default. You decide whether any of them get printed.
One prompt asks for the whole checklist as structured data. You copy that reply, paste it into the dashboard, and click one button.
The finished sheet appears: title, subtitle, author line, cover image, numbered sections, checkboxes, tip blocks, sources, footer. Laid out. Branded. Ready to print. The parser cleans up after the chat as it goes — stray chatter, code fences, broken quotes, footnote leftovers and duplicate section numbering all handled without you touching anything.
One more prompt, in the same chat, produces the cover image prompt, the product description, the sales copy, three emails, five social posts built around individual checklist items, and five titles for the next checklists in the series.

What you actually get out of it
You choose an idea and a title once. Every later prompt carries them. No re-explaining, and no drift onto a different product halfway through.
Your output stops looking like ChatGPT. That single difference is what separates a file people pay for from one they would expect free.
Truncated replies, code fences, unescaped quotes, footnote leftovers, doubled section numbers — all handled. You stop losing evenings to formatting.
Match a client’s brand in seconds. The same checklist, rebranded, is a different deliverable.
Your name, your URL or an affiliate link on every page. The file keeps working for you after you hand it over.
A print-ready PDF, an interactive clickable version, and a Markdown file. One pass, three deliverables.
Reopen any checklist months later and reprint it in different colours, under a different name, with a different date — without touching an AI chat.
The same checklist for a different market, without rebuilding it from scratch.
No invented studies, no fake statistics, no fabricated sources in your finished product. We consider this the single most important thing we put in.
You decide what it says and whether you need one at all. We supply the field, not the wording.
Put plainly: we built this to remove the two things that stop people finishing — the blank page at the start, and the formatting at the end.
Included in this purchase
Whatever you produce with Checklist Forge is yours. No reporting, no revenue share, no expiry, no cap on how many you make or sell.
These rights are on the checklists you create — the PDFs, the HTML files, the Markdown, the project files. Sell them, license them, pass rights on, do as you like.
They are not rights to resell the dashboard itself. That is a separate licence, and if you want it you will see the offer right after checkout. We would rather say this here than have you find out later.
One condition, and it is on you, not on us. You are the publisher of everything you make here. That means reading what the AI wrote before you sell it, and taking the disclaimer seriously on subjects where being wrong causes harm. The guide has a full chapter on this. We would rather set that expectation now than have it come as a surprise.
What you get
A single HTML file. Double-click it and it opens in your browser. It holds the six prompts, the memory between steps, the parser, the design controls and all three exports. It runs entirely on your machine and sends your work nowhere.
Twenty-four sections covering every control, the full data schema, a sixteen-row troubleshooting table, editorial advice on writing checklists people actually finish, a chapter on the disclaimer field, and a chapter on what stays your responsibility as the publisher.
You use your own AI chat account — the free tier is enough — and you run the system as often as you like.
Straight answer
That list costs a few sales. It also means the people who buy know what they are getting, which is the trade every vendor should take.
Questions
Last word
Most people stay stuck because every new product feels like starting from zero. A new idea. A new outline. A new fight with formatting. And so the catalogue never grows past one.
This is one repeatable system you run whenever you need something new to sell, give away, bundle or license. Same seven screens. New topic. Finished file at the end of it.
Open the dashboard. Copy the prompt. Paste it in. Paste the result back. Print.

P.S. — The reason we built this around volume rather than one perfect file: in that Gumroad analysis, sellers with three or more products took roughly five times the revenue of single-product sellers. Not because their one product was better — because they had more than one. So we made a tool for having more than one.
P.P.S. — Every other prompt pack stops when the text appears in the chat window. This one keeps going until the PDF is on your desktop. That single difference is the entire product.
Earnings disclaimer. Nothing on this page is a guarantee, projection or promise that you will make money. We make no representation about the income, sales or results you may achieve. Product note. Checklist Forge is a prompt and typesetting system. It does not include an AI subscription and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Etsy or Gumroad. You use your own AI chat account, and output quality depends on the AI service you use. The tool does not verify the accuracy of what it typesets; you are the publisher of anything you create with it.
Rights note. The commercial and private label rights included with this purchase apply to the checklists you create. They do not include the right to resell, relicense or redistribute the dashboard, the guide or this sales page.
